Avaline: Mystic — Terms of Service

Welcome to Avaline: Mystic.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Avaline: Mystic mobile application, related features, content, services, and AI-powered experiences.

By accessing or using Avaline: Mystic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

1. About Avaline: Mystic

Avaline: Mystic is an entertainment and self-reflection application that may include:

AI-powered conversations;
tarot readings;
astrology-related features;
rune readings;
dream interpretation;
coffee-ground readings;
virtual characters;
journals, questions, and personalized reflective content;
subscriptions, virtual energy, and other digital features.

Some features may not be available in all versions, countries, languages, devices, or subscription plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Avaline: Mystic.

By confirming that you are 16 or older, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Users who indicate that they are under 16 are not permitted to access the main application experience.

We do not require government identification, identity documents, or photographs solely to confirm age eligibility.

3. Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only

Avaline: Mystic is intended for entertainment, personal reflection, creativity, and general informational purposes.

Tarot readings, astrology interpretations, dream interpretations, rune readings, coffee readings, predictions, AI conversations, and other content provided by the application:

are not statements of fact;
do not guarantee future events;
may be incomplete, inaccurate, symbolic, fictional, or subjective;
should not be treated as professional advice;
should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions.

Avaline: Mystic does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, immigration, or other regulated professional advice.

For decisions involving health, safety, finances, legal rights, or other serious matters, consult a qualified professional.

4. AI-Generated Content

Avaline: Mystic uses artificial intelligence to generate conversations, readings, interpretations, suggestions, and other content.

AI-generated content may:

contain errors;
misunderstand your question;
produce inconsistent answers;
reflect incomplete information;
generate content that you consider inappropriate, unexpected, or inaccurate.

You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content before relying on or acting upon it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

5. User Accounts and Guest Access

Avaline: Mystic may allow you to:

continue as a guest;
create or connect a permanent account;
sign in using supported authentication providers;
restore access to account-linked data;
sign out;
request deletion of your account.

Guest access may have limitations.

Guest data may be stored only on the current device. Reinstalling the application, clearing application data, losing the device, or changing devices may result in permanent loss of guest progress.

Creating an account may allow supported data to be associated with your authenticated identity, but cloud synchronization may not be available for every feature.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and authentication provider.

6. Account Deletion

Users with a permanent account may request account deletion through the application or through any additional deletion method described in our Privacy Policy or support documentation.

Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may result in deletion of account-linked data, including available profiles, histories, readings, messages, preferences, and other associated information.

Certain information may be retained where required by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or compliance with legal obligations.

Deleting an Avaline: Mystic account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through Google Play.

Google Play requires apps that provide account creation to offer an accessible account-deletion path both inside and outside the app.

7. Subscriptions, Energy, and Digital Content

Avaline: Mystic may offer:

automatically renewing subscriptions;
virtual energy;
energy packages;
premium features;
additional readings;
digital content;
advertising-supported rewards.

Prices, billing periods, included benefits, renewal terms, and applicable limitations are displayed before purchase.

Digital energy and other virtual items:

have no cash value;
cannot be exchanged for money;
cannot be transferred between users unless expressly supported;
may be subject to expiration, limits, or account restrictions disclosed in the application;
are licensed for use within Avaline: Mystic and are not owned as property.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, unused energy or digital items are not redeemable for cash.

Purchases of digital products and subscriptions through the Android application are processed through Google Play Billing, subject to Google Play’s payment rules.

8. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Automatically renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled.

Before purchase, Avaline: Mystic will display the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal conditions, and principal subscription benefits.

You may manage or cancel a subscription through your Google Play account.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid benefits may remain available until that period ends.

Deleting the application or deleting an Avaline: Mystic account does not necessarily cancel a Google Play subscription.

Google Play requires subscription terms, price, billing frequency, and automatic-renewal conditions to be disclosed clearly.

9. Refunds

Payments and refund requests for purchases processed through Google Play are generally handled according to Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law.

We do not independently control all Google Play refund decisions.

Where applicable law grants additional consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected.

Google Play refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, timing, location, and applicable policy.

10. Advertisements and Rewarded Features

The free version of Avaline: Mystic may display advertisements.

The application may offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide virtual energy or other in-app benefits.

Availability of advertisements and rewards may depend on:

location;
age eligibility;
device;
advertising provider;
network availability;
account status;
application version.

We do not guarantee that an advertisement or rewarded opportunity will always be available.

11. User Content

You may be able to submit questions, messages, dream descriptions, journal entries, profile information, prompts, feedback, or other content.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit.

You must not submit content that:

violates any law;
infringes another person’s rights;
contains personal information you are not authorized to provide;
is abusive, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, or harassing;
promotes violence, exploitation, self-harm, or illegal activity;
contains malware, spam, or fraudulent material;
violates these Terms or our Child Safety Standards.

You grant us a limited right to process your submitted content solely as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide Avaline: Mystic, subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use Avaline: Mystic to:

violate laws or regulations;
harass, threaten, stalk, deceive, or exploit another person;
generate, request, distribute, or promote unlawful content;
sexualize, groom, exploit, or endanger minors;
create, request, store, transmit, or distribute CSAM;
impersonate another person or organization;
commit fraud or facilitate dishonest behavior;
bypass moderation, safety controls, age restrictions, payment systems, or technical protections;
interfere with the application, servers, accounts, or other users;
reverse engineer, scrape, automate, copy, or exploit the service except where permitted by law;
use AI-generated content to make harmful or unlawful decisions about another person;
overload, attack, disrupt, or damage the service.

Google Play requires generative-AI applications to prevent restricted content, including content involving child exploitation, and to provide responsible user-feedback mechanisms.

13. Child Safety

Avaline: Mystic has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, and child sexual abuse material.

Use of fictional, spiritual, entertainment, roleplay, tarot, astrology, dream, rune, coffee-reading, or AI contexts does not create an exception to these restrictions.

Additional requirements are described in the separate Avaline: Mystic Child Safety Standards.

14. Safety and Crisis Situations

Avaline: Mystic is not an emergency, crisis, medical, or mental-health service.

Do not rely on the application for emergency assistance.

If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

AI characters and generated readings cannot assess emergencies reliably.

15. Intellectual Property

Avaline: Mystic, including its software, design, characters, artwork, branding, text, interfaces, animations, sounds, databases, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the application under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, publish, or commercially exploit Avaline: Mystic content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

16. Availability and Changes

We may:

add, change, suspend, restrict, or remove features;
change free or paid functionality;
update subscription or energy offerings;
correct technical or content errors;
temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons;
discontinue parts of the application.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Where required by law, material changes affecting paid services will be communicated appropriately.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user:

violated these Terms;
violated our Child Safety Standards;
created legal, security, or safety risk;
attempted fraud or abuse;
interfered with the application or other users;
used the application for prohibited purposes.

Where appropriate, we may remove content, restrict features, preserve records, or report conduct to competent authorities.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avaline: Mystic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

readings or predictions will be accurate;
desired events will occur;
AI responses will be correct;
the application will meet every expectation;
every feature will always be available;
stored data will never be lost;
the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses resulting from:

reliance on AI-generated content;
reliance on tarot, astrology, dreams, runes, coffee readings, or predictions;
decisions made using application content;
loss of guest data;
interruption or unavailability;
unauthorized access caused by failure to secure an account;
actions of third-party services;
user-submitted content.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Third-Party Services

Avaline: Mystic may rely on third-party services, including:

Google Play;
Firebase;
AI service providers;
analytics providers;
advertising providers;
authentication providers;
cloud or infrastructure providers.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

21. Privacy

Your use of Avaline: Mystic is also governed by the separate Avaline: Mystic Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and deleted.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

changes to the application;
new features;
changes to payments or subscriptions;
legal or regulatory requirements;
safety improvements;
changes to third-party services.

The latest version will be available on this page.

Where appropriate, the application may request acceptance of an updated version before continued use of certain features.

23. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in the user’s country of residence.

The operator of Avaline: Mystic is Myroslava Morozova, Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (FOP), operating under the developer name Mirka apps.
