Miracle Mirka Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern common Miracle Mirka services and the use of supported Miracle Mirka applications, including shared account and authentication features. Individual applications, including Avaline and Avaline: Mystic, may have additional product-specific terms linked below.

1. Operator

Miracle Mirka is a developer brand used by Myroslava Morozova, Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (FOP), to publish and operate mobile applications and related digital services.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Supported applications may offer guest access or allow you to create or connect an account through authentication providers such as Google and Firebase Authentication. A shared authenticated identity may be recognized across supported Miracle Mirka applications that use the same account infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication provider and for protecting your device and account. You must not attempt to access another person's account without authorization.

3. Product-Specific Terms

Each Miracle Mirka application may provide different features, age requirements, subscriptions, virtual items, safety rules, and limitations. Product-specific Terms apply in addition to these shared Terms. If product-specific Terms conflict with these shared Terms regarding a product-specific feature, the product-specific Terms apply to that feature to the extent permitted by law.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some products use artificial intelligence to generate conversations, readings, interpretations, suggestions, or other content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating generated content before relying on it.

Product-specific Terms may include additional disclaimers, including limitations on professional, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes reliance.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use Miracle Mirka services lawfully and must not:

interfere with, attack, overload, or damage our applications or infrastructure;
attempt to bypass authentication, payment, safety, moderation, or technical controls;
use the services to commit fraud, abuse, harassment, exploitation, or other unlawful conduct;
impersonate another person or organization;
submit content that you are not authorized to provide;
use the services in a way that violates applicable product-specific Terms or safety policies.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Digital Features

Some applications may offer subscriptions, virtual energy, premium features, or other digital content. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, included benefits, and applicable limitations are shown in the relevant application before purchase.

Purchases made through an app store are processed by that platform and are also subject to the platform's payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Deleting an application or Miracle Mirka account does not necessarily cancel an active app-store subscription.

7. Privacy

Use of common Miracle Mirka services is also governed by the Miracle Mirka Privacy Policy. Individual applications may have additional product-specific Privacy Policies.

8. Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for product, technical, safety, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that every service or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated applicable Terms, created a security or safety risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the services unlawfully. Mandatory consumer or legal rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property

Miracle Mirka applications, branding, software, interfaces, original text, artwork, characters, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to users.

11. Third-Party Services

Our applications may rely on services provided by Google, Firebase, app stores, AI service providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, and other infrastructure or technology providers. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miracle Mirka services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

More specific disclaimers and limitations may apply to individual products and are stated in their product-specific Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, safety practices, or service providers. The current version will remain available at this URL, and the “Last updated” date will be revised when appropriate.

14. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the user's country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
